COWpassionate Potluck PIGnic

Our friends at the Northeast Florida Vegetarian Society are throwing a party…and ewe and your pack are invited! This is a FREE event but they ask each person attending to bring a vegan dish to share. Our sanctuary will provide spring waters and soda (wine and beer will be available for purchase) and all utensils, plates, cups and…of course…cute animals!

After the shared meal, you’ll have the opportunity for a hands-on (or as we say “paws/wings/hooves-on”) tour of the sanctuary. During this time, you’ll not only hear heartwarming stories of how our rescued residents went from peril to paradise, but will also have special interaction opportunities that will likely include interacting with wild Mustangs, feeding 800-pound pigs, socializing goats and flirting with turkeys. In addition, you’ll see sheep, cows, domestic horses, chickens, donkeys and other saved animals that CJ Acres Animal Rescue Farm is currently caring for. This event is open to ALL ages but those under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
