Prepare yourself for the rewarding experience of volunteering with your pet. Learn the skills needed to visit safely & effectively with your animal in hospitals, nursing homes, classrooms, & other facilities. A comprehensive review of the evaluation that you and your animal partner will need to take will also be completed in this course.
Volunteering with your pet is a great way to connect with your four legged family member and will be the best volunteer job you’ve ever had. There is nothing like the way an animal can touch people’s lives when they need it most. It’s an honor for you to be on the other end of the leash.
Cost $60. Registration is required. THIS IS A HANDLER ONLY COURSE, NO PETS PLEASE.
