Who Let the Hounds OUT?

WHO LET THE HOUNDS OUT? Want to come see some adoptable hounds who are looking for their new homes? Then come to our event and let yourself fall in love!

Sweet Apollo – Wants to walk the beach with you!

Do you like to jog or walk? Apollo is just the dog for you! He’d make a great companion while you get your steps in! Apollo is approximately 2 years old. He loves the beach—but who doesn’t! When his energy is used up, all he wants to do is cuddle.

The hugs this boy gives will melt your heart!

Apollo is a little shy at first, but once he gets to know you he loves you and when he loves you, he REALLY loves you. There’s nothing sweeter than walking up to Apollo’s kennel and seeing him stand up and push his cheek against the side waiting for his kiss. Apollo would do best in a quiet home with no young children. He likes other dogs, but needs to introduced properly.

Mega Pet Adoption

First Coast No More Homeless Pets is not a shelter but helps make shelters stronger by hosting, planning, and funding the Mega Pet Adoption Events, the largest adoption events in the country, three times a year.

Together in one place, more than ten groups bring their adoptable dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens in hopes that each one will find forever homes.

These events are an important part of maintaining Jacksonville’s no-kill status and helping surrounding areas and the nation follow suit.
