EPIC Outreach has been serving the community for 3 years and we will celebrate with a cake. We will also have “Pawtographed” books from Winnie and her rescue children’s book story (books available for a donation). Providing dog houses, outreach, and education for pets and people is making a difference and we need your support to continue. We hope you will join us to support this great cause.
